ViRTUAL FINANCE DIRECTOR
We can provide assisitance in the areas usually handled by a Finance Director.
With this service, we can provide as much or as little as you require.
We can:
- attend board and other meetings,
- produce annual budgets,
- produce forecasts,
- produce management accounts with variance analysis,
- provide assistance on strategy,
- conduct reviews of financial systems and internal controls,
- produce draft statutory accounts, with a supporting audit file if required,
- assist with corporation tax compliance,
- carry out due diligence work for acquisitions.
